Unprimed 5.56 Case

It is made in house by Ikonick USA using our own stringent quality control standards and carries the Ikonick headstamp. Because we make it ourselves, the cases share consistent dimensions batch to batch, which is what precision handloading depends on.

These are new brass cases, never fired. That means no unknown pressure history, stretched cases or range pickup to sort through before you load.

5.56 cases take small rifle primers. As new, unfired brass the primer pockets start at factory dimensions for consistent seating from the first load.

No. These are empty cases only, not loaded ammunition. They are a reloading component for handloaders building their own rounds.

Cases are sold in bulk quantities of 500 or 1,000. The 1,000 count is the better value per case for anyone loading regularly.

5.56 NATO is loaded to higher pressures than .223 Remington, so always work up from published 5.56 load data rather than carrying a .223 charge across.
