Our commitment
IKONICK USA is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe all of our customers should be able to browse, shop, and get support with ease, and we are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our site.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — an internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. While we work toward full conformance, we continue to test and improve our site.
What we're doing
We take a hands-on approach to accessibility, including:
• Ongoing accessibility reviews using both automated testing tools and manual evaluation
• Remediation across our storefront — including visible keyboard focus indicators, "skip to content" navigation, screen-reader labels for images and controls, improved color contrast, and clearer form fields
• Considering accessibility as we add or update content and features
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of our site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware that certain interactive components, and some third-party or embedded content, may present barriers, and we are actively working to address them. This statement will be updated as we make progress.
