Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Ikonick USA (“Ikonick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Ammunition Sales Are Final

All ammunition sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted for ammunition under any circumstances, except where expressly required by applicable law. Due to the regulated nature of ammunition products, this policy is strictly enforced.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Non-Firearm Products Only)

Returns are accepted only for non-firearm merchandise that is determined to be defective immediately upon receipt. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported promptly after delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Ikonick USA reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any return, refund, or replacement.

3. Remedies for Defective Merchandise

For eligible non-firearm products confirmed to be defective, Ikonick USA will, at its sole discretion, provide either a replacement item, subject to availability, or a refund issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Shipping Damage and Carrier Claims

Ikonick USA is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier, retain all original packaging and documentation, and comply with the carrier’s claim procedures and timelines. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for shipping damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect.

5. Return Authorization Process

No item may be returned without prior authorization. Customers must contact shipping@ikonickusa.com immediately upon receipt to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

6. Shipping Restrictions and Legal Compliance

Ikonick USA ships ammunition only to locations where legally permitted. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. In certain jurisdictions, ammunition orders may be required to ship to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Orders placed in violation of legal or shipping restrictions may be canceled without notice.

7. Order Cancellations and Right to Refuse Service

Ikonick USA reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with legal or regulatory requirements, refuse service for compliance, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons, or require additional documentation prior to fulfillment.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including this policy and delivery confirmation records. Abuse of the chargeback process may result in account termination and refusal of future service.

9. Governing Terms

This Refund and Returns Policy is incorporated into and governed by Ikonick USA’s Terms and Conditions.

10. Agreement to Policy
