Shipping Method

All items are shipped via FedEx Ground. Ikonick USA ships ammunition only within the continental United States.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only for merchandise found to be defective immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, non-firearm product, Ikonick USA will provide your choice of a replacement item, subject to availability, or a full refund.

Ikonick USA is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your order is damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

To report a defective item, please email support@ikonickusa.com  immediately upon receipt.

Ammunition Sales

All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted for ammunition.

Shipping Restrictions by Location

Ikonick USA does not ship ammunition to federal facilities, Alaska, Washington DC, Hawaii, or Massachusetts.

State-Specific Requirements

California

All ammunition orders must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee. A copy of the FFL must be emailed to shipping@ikonickusa.com before ordering.

Connecticut

Buyers must provide one qualifying permit, certificate, or valid law enforcement or military identification. Documentation must be emailed to shipping@ikonickusa.com  before ordering.

Illinois

Buyers must provide valid FOID documentation, a concealed carry license, or an approved law enforcement or military purchase order. Ammunition sales are not permitted to Chicago. Documentation must be emailed to shipping@ikonickusa.com  before ordering.

New Jersey

Buyers must provide a valid firearm purchaser ID, handgun permit, or approved law enforcement or military identification. Documentation must be emailed to shipping@ikonickusa.com before ordering.

New York

Ammunition is not shipped to the five boroughs of New York City. All other orders must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee. A copy of the FFL must be emailed to shipping@ikonickusa.com  before ordering.

Restricted State Orders

Orders placed for restricted locations will be canceled. Customers in restricted states should verify local laws and coordinate shipment through a local gun store. All restricted-state orders are verified prior to shipment.
